Provisioned accounts will be assigned their own system_id (5.2.1) and password (5.2.2). Upon establishing the connection, the Gateway will authenticate and validate the credentials.

The parameters system_type (5.2.3) and address_range (5.2.7) are currently not processed and are reserved for future use.

All accounts will be assigned a limited number of active (socket connected) sessions. Exceeding the number of allocated sessions will result in socket connections being dropped.

The Gateway expects an INQUIRE_LINK operation from the ESME for idle connections. Each account will have a provisioned inquire link interval / timeout setting (default: 60 seconds).
